MENPRO AUTOMOTIVE Return Policy
You have 30 days to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* gift cards
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only a part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Books that have clearly been used
* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records whose packaging has been opened
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts, and where this is not our fault
* items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we'll send you an email confirmation of receipt. We'll also let you know whether we've approved or denied your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If so, please contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time for your refund to appear.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Refunds cannot be given for discounted items.
Swap
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you'd like to exchange an item for the same one, please email info@menpro-automotive.be.
and send the article to Koetsweg 168, 3010 Leuven, Belgium.
Gifts
If the item was purchased specifically as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We'll send you a gift certificate once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver received the item first and then gave it to you, we'll refund the item to the person who gave it to you, and they'll be notified that you've returned it.
Dispatch
To return your item, you must send it to Koetsweg 168, 3010 Leuven, Belgium.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.
If you're sending us an item worth over €75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We don't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
